Everything is connected

Your scooter, your smartphone, your city and you – perfectly interlinked thanks to Connectivity. Easily connect your smartphone and use numerous functions such as telephony, music playback or navigation with the BMW Motorrad Connected app on the 6.5" TFT display. The Connectivity Pro (available on C 400 GT ion) gives you a maximum overview of map navigation with split screen and other connectivity functions on the 10.25" TFT instrument cluster. You can charge your smartphone in the front storage compartment so that you always stay connected.

The C 400 GT was launched as a premium model right from the start. The update fulfils wishes and exceeds expectations. With exclusive design options, generous storage space and new comfort, connectivity and safety features, it raises the bar even higher. Anyone travelling with equally high expectations should hop on the high-class scooter – and won't want to get off again in a hurry.

Making efficiency fun

The single-cylinder engine of the C 400 GT comes with an electromotive throttle controller: Ride by Wire. You notice this in the harmonious throttle response and silky-smooth response characteristics even at low speeds. Thanks to effective combustion, the engine is economical, meets new Euro 5+ standard and is nevertheless nippy.

Perfectly networked: Connectivity Pro

Through the traffic like a pro. With the Connectivity Pro (only available on C 400 GT ion), your scooter has a large 10.25" TFT instrument cluster, map navigation and split-screen display.

The adjustable windscreen provides even better protection

Bad weather? It's all a question of attitude. With its new, adjustable windscreen, you can now defy the wind and rain even better.

Plenty of space: enlarged storage area

The storage space has been significantly increased by almost 12 litres. You can now pack your 15-inch laptop under the seat, for example. Your water bottle now fits easily into the front right-hand storage compartment.

Full LED headlights with daytime riding lights

The front headlight with full LED technology stands out with daytime riding lights as standard, creating an iconic front end.

Ride by Wire and Keyless Ride

With the electromotive throttle controller – Ride by Wire – the throttle response is masterly and finely tuned. Keyless Ride as standard means you can just climb on and set off.

Find your way with the navigation preparation accessory

As an accessory, you can equip your scooter with a holder for the BMW ConnectedRide Navigator. If you prefer to use your smartphone for navigation, the ConnectedRide Smartphone Cradle is your option.

Riding pleasure? Safe bet! With ABS Pro.

In action for the first time: the new ABS Pro ensures very sensitive response characteristics and a high level of braking and riding stability. The DBC function also increases safety when braking at an angle.

Pack more: with the luggage carrier

This carrier will take you far beyond your city limits, because you can pack a lot in it, for a long weekend, for example. The new luggage carrier is available as an optional accessory. It is matched with the new, electrified 43.5-litre topcase, which can hold a total load of 10 kg.
